1. Acceptance
By accessing or using Prestige Rewards you agree to these Terms. If you use the service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind it.
2. Accounts & security
You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
3. Loyalty points & rewards
Points are a promotional loyalty currency with no cash value, are non-transferable except as expressly provided, and are subject to the program rules and the applicable earn rates. We may adjust the catalog and program terms with notice. Rewards are fulfilled subject to availability.
4. Gift-card fulfillment
Gift-card rewards are issued through our fulfillment partner (Tango Card) and are subject to that provider's terms and the issuer's terms for each card.
5. Acceptable use
You may not misuse the service, attempt to gain unauthorized access, interfere with other tenants' data, or manipulate points/redemptions. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
6. Disclaimers & limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited as set out in your agreement with us. (Counsel to finalize warranty/liability/indemnity language.)
7. Termination & changes
Either party may terminate as provided in your agreement. We may update these Terms; material changes will be communicated, and continued use constitutes acceptance.
